with capital USD 1 million. With the endeavor for over 20 years, we
achieved the accomplishment of capital USD 27.7 million and the annual
sales amount USD 55 million in 1996.
Our 2 factories are located in Tao-Yuan county. In our weaving factory,
we are equipped with 48 water-jet looms, 120 Picanol rapier looms, and
50 Picanol rapier jacquard looms. In our yarn plant, we are equipped
with
248 water-jet looms, 72 air-jet looms, 72 PICANOL rapier looms and 70
rapier JACQUARD looms. In 1999, 12MURATA friction type, 2 AIKI
and 16 pin type of yarn-texturizing machine were installed in the new
yarn-texturizing plant. Based on the belief in "quality is our life",
we strict
ourselves with quality inspection system to ensure all quality is guaranteed.
As a leading suiting and jacquard fabric manufacturer, we conatantly
engage in developing new material, and improving weaving and dyeing
technology. We specialize in "less quantity and mass variety" production
policy. Based on this policy, we equip ourselves a highly advanced
"computer aided design" system. By which system, we are able to design
fabric and print out the simulations in a very short time.
We produce a great varieties of synthetics, rayon, cotton, linen mixture
fabrics and 100/polyester textured yarn. Our products are good for trousers,
skirts, suiting, coat, blazer, jacket as well as interion fabrics.(jacquard
